Don't be afraid to tell us your weaknesses or highlight your strengths. Honesty is the most important attribute to ACD Direct. Once you complete this online application, your information will be reviewed on a first-come first-served basis.

ACD Direct conducts a criminal background check on ALL prospective Independent Contactors; therefore an applicant MUST be 18 years of age or older and not have a felony.

Before continuing, please ensure you meet our minimum requirements for contracting.

• Standard telephone line which does not have privacy protection. (Two phone lines recommended. One for personal use and one for business use.)
• High Speed Internet Service. (256K minimum)
• Corded phone with a noise canceling headset.
• PC compatible computer system (no MACs). Minimum PIII 800mhz and 256 MB RAM (512 MB recommended).
• Windows 2000, Windows Vista or Windows XP operating system.
• Anti-virus software.
• Spyware software.
• Microphone and speakers (or headset containing both).
• Desk / Chair.
