Thank you for your interest in ACD Direct. We will consider contracting with any self-employed individual (preferably with an established Independent Business)
to work our inbound call campaigns and projects.
With the exception of Utah Residents (See Below), if you do not already have an existing business entity (DBA, LLC, Corporation), you will have 90 days from the
date of contract to establish a business registration should you be selected to contract with ACD Direct and successfully complete the entire certification process.
Residents of UTAH will need to have an existing business registration (DBA, LLC, Corporation) prior to completing registration for consideration in contracting with ACD Direct.
ACD Direct does not contract with residents of the following states: Delaware, Massachusetts, Louisiana, West Virginia, Wyoming, Vermont, and South Dakota.
Additionally, ACD Direct does not contract with individuals located outside of the continental United States.
Independent Business Owners MUST meet our basic equipment requirements before submitting a registration form. Registrations will not be considered for those who
do not meet basic equipment requirements.
If your questionnaire is approved, you will be instructed on the next steps in the process to become an ACD Direct Certified Business Owner.
Incomplete questionnaires will be deleted. Please do not begin this questionnaire if you are unable to complete it in its entirety.
Additionally, you will be notified via email should your registration need to be updated or is expiring from our database. Please do not complete multiple forms.
NOTE: We receive a large volume of Independent Business Owner Questionnaires and are, therefore, unable to address contractor questions via phone. If your hiring
questions are not answered on the questionnaire itself, in previous information provided or in follow up instruction emails, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org.

* Why do you ask for my Social Security Number? ACD Direct receives many, many registrations each week. ACD Direct takes appropriate steps to ensure your
information is safe by requiring site encryption, even during the registration process. In order to help to make our review process as efficient as possible,
entering your social security allows an automatic scan through our existing database to help prevent duplication of registrations so that we spend time reviewing
a single registration for each Independent Business Owner.
